SECURITY:
Our website is secured and your credit card information is not stored or viewable on the website’s servers and is processed through a secure connection.
RETURNS:
We have the right to refuse a return if the product does not appear to be in its original condition. Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information. We are not responsible for lost packages, if a parcel seems to be lost you have to get into contact with the shipping provider. We are not responsible for shipping fees or the parcel while it is being returned. It is the customers responsibility to keep track of the item being returned. When we receive your returned item we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Once the product is observed and if it is in a satisfactory condition you will be refunded. Refunds will be sent via e-mail as a gift card. You are responsible for any shipping fees.
